Chelsea signing Brazilian defender Emerson Palmieri of AS Roma on a four-and-a-half-year contract, according to club leaders, early this morning.
The 23-year-old all-purpose player is purchased at a price of STG17.6 million (RM97.19 million) once giving the caretaker Antonio Conte a choice to Marcos Alonso.
