Public Relations Bureau of Kominfo in a press release mentioned in connection with the re-registration period of prepaid cellular number ended on February 28, 2018 is notified the following matters:

The deadline for re-registration of prepaid subscriber numbers of telecommunication services expires on February 28, 2018.

Customers who do not re-register until February 28, 2018, will be gradually blocking the service with the following provisions:


Starting March 1st, 2018, blocking outgoing call and outgoing SMS service.

Under these circumstances, subscribers can still receive incoming calls and SMS and use internet data.

If the customer does not register until March 31, 2018, then starting April 1, 2018, the blocking of incoming call service and receiving incoming SMS service.


In these circumstances, customers can not make outgoing calls and outgoing short message service, nor can they receive call and SMS services.


Blocking does not include internet data services.


If the customer does not register until April 30, 2018, then on May 1, 2018 total blocking is made.

In these circumstances, customers can not make calls and outgoing SMS, can not receive calls and SMS, and can not use internet data services.

As long as no total blocking has been done, the subscribers will still be able to re-register.

As of 28 February 2018 at 12.52 WIB, a total of: 305,782,219 subscriber numbers have been registered.

The Government expresses gratitude to all customers who have registered and used NIK and Nos. KK properly and right in accordance with the laws and regulations.
