LONDON: Jose Mourinho described his new squad, Alexis Sanchez as one of the 'best strikers in the world', as well as confirmed the player was on the list of Manchester United to meet Yeovil's FA Cup rival.
United are scheduled to visit the fourth division this Saturday when at the same time Premier League leaders Manchester City were tested for the Champions League, Cardiff while Liverpool met West Brom in the fourth round.
Sanchez, who is also Chilean national player, completed his transfer from Arsenal on Monday in an exchange that saw Henrikh Mkhitaryan join the Gunners squad.
He was allowed to play in Huish Park for not being dropped during a Arsenal - Nottingham Forest encounter in the third round which saw his old team lost.
"We have one of the best strikers in the world, and I think he will be important to us because we want the best players on the list," Mourinho said.
"Alexis is a player who is not just a player because he has a lot of abilities," he said.
"I said he was able to play in four different positions in the attack."
Earlier this week, Yeovil, who would meet United at the FA Cup for the second time in four seasons, showed an early reaction to Sanchez's first potential appearance on their site.
